I'm a freelance yoga teacher who believes that yoga is one of the best ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I'm based in the North West of England, I feel very lucky to teach in the beautiful Lancaster, Morecambe and Carnforth areas.

With years of experience in the practice of yoga, I have developed a unique style that combines traditional yoga practices with modern techniques. I teach my favourite styles of yoga - vinyasa and hatha.

I am passionate about helping people achieve their health and wellbeing goals through yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
